How You Can Help!
Destiny Equine Center:R3 offer several ways in which you can help provide comfort and aid to horses. Adoption and fostering programs are explained in the section on adoption and fostering. There is also an on-site care provider learning experience that helps you learn more about the daily are and management of horses (also found in the adoption section). However, if you are not able to provide care, adopt or foster a horse, there are still many ways to help restore health and beauty to neglected, abused and unwanted animals.

Membership
There are 4 levels of membership available at DEC:R3: individual ($25), family ($35), premium ($50) and sponsorship ($150-$1000). Individual and family annual memberships provide a portion of the costs of feeding and caring for DEC:R3 horses. Premium members have the option of learning about horse management through the on-site "Save a Horse" care provider program. Sponsors select a DEC:R3 horse of their choice and provide a portion or all of the funds that are required to support that horse for one year.

Volunteers
DEC:R3 volunteer program allows interested members to help care for horses, coordinate events and provide other needed assistance in the center's operation. Volunteering is a rewarding and satisfying effort...and the horses appreciate any time or services that you can provide to make them more comfortable and the staff more efficient.

Sponsorships
You may sponsor any specific animal at DEC:R3. Sponsors receive a photo and history of the horse and can visit their animal at the facility. Sponsors are recognized on the website in their horse's bio. This is an opportunity for you to learn more about horses and help return animals to caring homes or support them in their retirement years.  Partial and full sponsorships of $150, $300, $600 or $1200 are available.

 Donations of Items or Funding
There are several things on our wish list that can be donated or provided through a gift care or certificate from local farm and tack stores. Used items in good condition are also greatly appreciated.

Contributions are needed to help feed and provide health care for DEC:R3 horses. It generally costs $3-7 per day to feed and provide care for a horse (depending on their needs). Health, hoof and teeth care can average up to $1200 annually. Your donations  can be directed to a specific horse, project, program (such as the stallion neutering program), purpose (such as buying hay or feed), or applied to general needs of operating the facility and caring for its animals. For more information, you can find our email, phone and address on the contact page.
